Agreement to a Non-Aggression Pact - Northern Bank
On behalf of His Majesty, Manus Dei, I have formally agreed to a Non-Aggression Pact with Northern Bank, along the following terms:
(1) Non Agression Pacts (NAP) on behalf of or with NB can only be signed and approved by the NB board and will bound all individuals carrying the NB flag and name;
(2) All NAP parties and its members without exception will NOT attack members, mounts or pets or any other assets, or otherwise engage in any direct or indirect hostile activities towards each other;
(3) The NAP bounds only the specific participating entities. No third parties are bound by it unless otherwise stated, regardless of any existing, known or unknown affiliation between the NAP participants and other organizations;
(4) Any eventual incidents between members of the participating orgs will be handled and addressed at leadership level only. For the NB, this will be the board;
(5) NB will endeavor to have no incidents. In case of a confirmed incident, NB will commit to a peaceful resolution under a fair compensation of damage policy, in a bid to protect and carry out the NAP and will expect NAP participants to have a similar approach to incident handling;
(6) All NAP parties have the right to cancel the NAP or consider or declare the NAP cancelled unilaterally at any point in time without compensation.
