I am Lord Kubalay of Hyperion. I have been accepted in a trial position and plan to apply for a footman position and strive to become a knight.

Welcome to Wessex, Kubalay. You are free to enlist as a footman any time, you need not wait for full Wessex membership. It's good that you have ambition, to become a knight or even higher! As you know, however, the "lord" title is not just for RP - it actually means something in Hyperion. Fortunately, though, the sky's the limit, and perhaps someday I will be addressing my distinguished cousin, the Lord Kubalay. ;-) In the meantime, we look forward to seeing you earn your knighthood and more.
