Keaven, who had been waiting at the pillory for some time to see the this sight giggled with glee as he ran back to the bank to equip a scale girdle. From the bank Keaven took a mad dash towards the pillory, not but 4 feet from the pillory Keaven jumped into the air and reached an unimagineable height. In mid air he proclaimed "Ohhhh YEAAAAAAH!" and down came the plate of metal that protected his groing onto the back of of Svem's head. Spectators descibed this feat as looking like a flying potato sack. Content with the fact that he had humiliated Svem enough, he looked over towards Bjoorn and stated "Harlots are not more than garden tools and magery!" And procceed to take leave.

(For reference when Keaven says "Harlots are not more than garden tools and magery!" it's supposed to be a reference to a Dr. Dre song proclaiming "Bitches ain't shit but hos and tricks." Bjoorn being the Bitch.)

    "Hey, guard!", shouts Svem Serventus.

"Shut your pighole.", barks the guard.

"No, really, I have to use the latrine. Don't make me embarass ya all."

"Aw shut it. Fine, but no tricks.", and with that the guard wearily unhooks the pillory and ties svem's hands painfully behind him with rope.

"Let's get a move on!", says the guard, urging svem forward with a boot to the legs.

The small crowd around the pillory is mostly jeering, but there are a few people wringing hands or looking concerned. One of those is a woman with her head hung down, wearing a hooded cloak.

As they pass svem turns to the robed woman. They embrace for a moment, and when they are seperated by the guards, they are shocked to see that svem's ropes have been cut and he is wielding a knife.

He knees the nearest surprised guard in the groin, grabbing the keys and throws them to the woman, who is now obviously not a woman at all, but a man in a dress and robe. He sprints up to the remaining pillory, unlocks it and the two men run towards the confusion.

Svem meanwhile is fending off the grasping arms of the guards, fighting furiously and swearing like a northman.

A passing captain from an ally guild's command rides up and wonders at the confusion. He dismounts to approach the crowd and when he does, Svem dashes past him and jumps into the saddle, spurring the warpig into a bound that clears the ring of guards.

Shouts ring out, but mixed in with them is Svem's bitter laughter.

"To the south, my brothers!" he shouts. "Opportunity calls and we ride!", and with that he leaps the warpig over the wall of Long March and off of the cliffs and into the pool of water below. The crowd runs to the lip of the precipice, only to see Svem riding off in full tilt, whooping.

In the murmuring silence that ensues, a guardsman is helped up from the ground, and another one looks about, scratching his head.

The ally captain shakes his head in bewilderment.

In that case, I suggest Murder as the best response when next confronted with them.

We were getting to that point anyways...

*Valos Looks down into the bucket, then to the two men. Making his way through the crowd the Armorsmith came face to face with Bjoorn."

I would throw the contents of this bucket at the two of you if you weren't already far more rotten and rancid than what this bucket holds.

*Having nothing further to say, Valos walked away in the direction of the smithy ready to begin the days work, all the while whistling the tune of a bad drinking song*
