I, the Right Honourable Baron Rhygar apGwynn, do pledge to His Majesty, Malachi I, by the grace of Soldeus, King of Wessex, that I shall render loyal service to him in the office of Justiciar, performing my duties there as ably as I can, and where my native ability falls short may the wisdom and strength of our Radiant Lord buttress and complete it.

I swear to uphold our values, oversee the Royal Chancery, and to discharge my duties fairly, justly and faithfully to the advancement of the Kingdom of Wessex.
