Objection to question 3 is sustained.

As for question 4, just calling a witness on the matter should be enough.

Plaintiff, you may ask a follow-up question on answers that you do not consider satisfactory.

Otherwise, state that you are done, and we can proceed with the defendant questioning you, if he wishes to.

    Respond within 24 hours.

I am satisfied with the answers provided so far so i will allow that the defendant may ask his questions.

The defendant may go ahead and submit his questions if he has any. If not, respond so that we can proceed.

    Do so within 24 hours.

We can then proceed with the defendant's intention to call a witness.

Reply in 24 hours to confirm that you want to call Sir Otto Osterwind.

I would indeed like to call on Sir Otto Osterwind to make a statement on behalf of question #4 concerning the thread and "quote" indirectly linked.

The court calls Sir Otto Osterwind. Respond within 24 hours and state that you are present to testify.

The defendant may then submit his questions once the witness has responded. The defendant is to avoid asking leading questions since this is not a hostile witness.

Sir Otto Osterwind, do you consent to making public your statement concerning the Plaintiff in the post linked?

To save time would you quote yourself word for word what it was in your words that I referenced?
