Oath of Office, Raize Sothenic - Exchequer

I, Raven Nevermore, pledge my skills and services to his grace, the Duke of Wessex.

And thus by accepting the position of Exchequer, will seek to administer the Duchy's finances with neither err nor bias, sparing no man through love or friendship, nor taxing any man excessively through hate or malice. I shall honestly perform all duties that are associated with the office of Exchequer within the franchise of this realm.

In the event that I am found lacking, I shall promptly vacate the position at His Grace's behest.

O' Lord! Raise me to thine Hand.

Guidest me in thine task, so that I mayest ever protect thy faithful from the twilight of shadow.
