Trial and Sentencing of Eaphx Zaguin

The Villein, Eaphx Zaguin of Wessex has been found guilty by his own admission and by irrefutable evidence of murdering a subject of the Barony of Walleron.

He is hereby fined 500g in gold or wares to be paid to a member of the Sheriff's Office no later than Sunday March 29, 2009. The victim has declined recompense for the crime, saying he is happy that justice was carried out.

In the future I advise all new subjects reading this declaration to be sure of the alliance status held by a clan before you begin attacking them and not after the fact.
