ABEYANT - Grant of Arms - Vasidius Kalgar, Esq.
TO ALL AND SINGULAR to whom these presents shall come, We, Komako the Hawk, Master of Wessex Heralds, Tewdric Mawrson, Herald to the Duke of Wessex, and Sempiternam Brionne, Pursuivant to Chrono, Herald to the Duke of Wessex, send Greetings.
WHEREAS Mister Vasidius Kalgar has demonstrated valiant deeds and cunning, and has been taken as Esquire to Lord Aeneas Miles, he is desirous of having Letters Patent of Armorial Ensigns granted and appointed unto him and duly recorded in His Majesty's College of Arms, and accordingly hath rightly requested the favor of His Grace's Warrant for our granting and assigning such Arms.
AND FOREASMUCH His Grace the Duke of Wessex did by Warrant under his hand and Seal authorize and direct us to grant and assign such Arms and Crest and in the same Patent such Device and Badge accordingly, Know Ye therefore that we in pursuance of His Grace's Warrant and by virtue of the Letters Patent granted by The Duke and by The King's Most Excellent Majesty do by these Presents grant and assign unto the said Vasidius Kalgar the Arms following,
THAT IS TO SAY:
Per pale Azure and Jaune under an Argent Helm; Surmounted by or and azure torse; Surmounted by a sun in splendor; Beneath Crossed Swords sable; Under all a mantle azure and or. Motto: “Divinitas in Sacrificio” sable on escroll parchment fer below. The whole of which comprises the Heraldic Achievement.
THESE MAY BE BORNE and used forever hereafter by the said Vasidius Kalgar and by his descendants with their due and proper differences according to the Laws of Arms. In witness whereof we have to these Presents subscribed our names and affixed the seal of our offices, by the Grace of Auros and His Royal Majesty, Manus I, King of Hyperion, Duke of Wessex.
