Work on beasts. They are ogres, gnolls, centaurs and ghouls. When you kill 700 you will get 3k prowess
Myself along with Grim Heart, Reign Heart, Pacman,FatCat and several others pretty much always have a group going as well. If you can't reach Kreager we are always looking to fill the group up =)
