I'm selling a villa at Geodin's Song. It has a Baneberry Garden, Dragon Pillar, Niflheim Carpet and Niflheim Tapestry. It's a very nice and EXTREMELY quiet area so it's perfect for macroing undisturbed 99% of the time.
All the neighbors are cool and peaceful and a general peace treaty is agreed upon by all parties out there.
So I've got a 200k bid from out of clan but would prefer to sell it within the clan/alliance if possible.
