Subjects of his Grace,

As a member of the Dukes Cabinet it is my job to ensure his coffers are full and that all things are provisioned for.

His Grace has been petitioned by the OSL for Enchantment materials, in paticular 200 Elemental Cinder. A petition, that he has granted.

Mister Roy Koh Esquire, will pick 2 able bodied men and set them to work.

The subjects set to this task will be paid by my High Reeve upon completion which must be done by the end of this Sunday.

Affter assessing the resource available to me, I would deem this quest befitting for Serjeant Maximus Moralis and Footman Lonlan Brebourne.

I expect Serjeant Moralis to step up and arrange the preperations for this quest.

We had some problms with this, so it will be issued again for this week, I would like it completed by Sunday, and Sayton Reinhardt will take the place of Maximus Moralis.

So Serjeant Sayton Reinhardt and Footman Lonlan Brebourne must collect 200 elemental cinder by sunday.

Of course. I was just checking if it would be worth buying the cinder instead of farming it, because there's no place where we can farm cinder nearby, unless we want to get jumped by the people living in the chaos city next to the spawn.

But I'll think of something.

Theres many safe places to farm cinder Sayton, use your brain!

And yes Ottenhal spawn could be dangerous.
