Greetings men of Wessex,
Now it is indeed a blessing from Auros himself to have graced us with the resource of a mine. To utilise this node in a productive and fair manner, there will be certain rules enforced.
Now I will stress here that the rules will be adhered to in the strictest form and punishment under the form of our common law governing fines will be imposed immediately in any times of non conformance.
Now from immediate effect until further notice, the resource will be gathered and donated wholly to the clan in its entirety.
Listed below are those whom are deemed and said to gather in this interim.

: Sir Raven Sothenic
: Mister Sarek Bane
: Master Gorr Torr
(Also alt characters from the names listed above are excepted)
The length of this period will be indistinguishable at this time, we will use this time to reclaim the expense incurred to gain this commodity.
Now to appease your mind, once this period of reclaim is done there will be additional rules implemented which will include a percentage of the time to be allocated as a free for all access to the resource. This will be monitored to keep it fair and that proper propagation of the mine is received by all. So below is a outline of the rules that will be implement within this period.
1) Only a percentage of the time will be free for all, all other times will be complete resource donation to the guild as stated above.
2) No ALT characters will be allowed to gather from the mine.
3) No TRAIL members will be allowed to gather from the mine.
4) No so called camping of the mine, if any form of camping is observed then the member in questions access to the mine will be revoked for a determined time.
If these rules are followed then I envisage benefits for all.
Also at this point I would like to highlight some ideas that will be put into play as a result of the resource.
Once the reclaiming period is over and taking into account our state in game i.e if we are at war (sieging etc) then a percentage of the resource will be allocated to be used in the creation of armour and weapons to be offered at a dramatically reduced price to clan members.
Please sign your name below in acceptance of these rules, not signing and using the mine is also deemed as a contradiction of the common law and will be dealt with in accordance of such laws.
