Maybe a quick bio of each cabinet member with custom music for each different one, suiting their personality.

I think the release of von Fishbarrel on the forums would cause the wanted effect. To back that up I see Sayton, Nira, Synge, Erwin, and other posting quite often, but if we could get a concerted effort on maybe one or two threads it could make for a great discussion/movie.

That's a good one. Short and pithy is what wins. Since it'll be fast paced, we'll need to keep all the posts one-liners or at least short! Even if they're out of context and don't make any sense I think they'll have their place.

Why not do a vid with some talk about how Wessex is constructed and how it will function? And then add some fun material like quotes/pics related to the guild from here and there?

Well I suppose, but the whole idea of an action video is to have things moving so quickly you really wouldn't have much time to read a lot of information. That's why I'm in favor of one-liners.

I'm having trouble imagining a good movie based off of our posting on the Darkfall forums (since most of us don't post there a lot). I think something along the lines of summarizing a lot of our jokes and funny trends that we've created here in Wessex would do well as a short film.

lol, it doesn't matter, here's what i'm thinkin':

1. typical "guild recruitment" bullshit introduction about gaming organizations in text on a black background with triumphant, ambient music.

2. guitar shredding plays leading into some power metal or some kind of crazy rock 'n' roll, fade into a forum post for about .25 seconds. then rapidly slide screenshots of other forum posts haphazardly across the screen with such speed that they can hardly be read.

3. a stupid catchphrase at the end gloating about how awesome we are at forumfall
