Warnings and fines

Elgash is on his last warning, next time he fights at the bank he will be issued a fine of 10k gold or be kicked. Roy Koh I have empowered you the right to also issue fines as the sheriff, it will also be your responsibility to collect these fines on time once they are issued.

Akillez is another offender but has not been issued a warning as of yet.

Please keep an eye on there.


Below I would like you all to suggest reasonable fines for situations like this and others like combat looting/looking in graves etc.

One thing that might be a good idea is to base a fine on the health of a character, e.g. someone with less then 300 health would pay 5k while those above would pay 10k. This is because newbies have a much harder time farming gold then more developed characters and we want the fines to penalise everyone equally.
