TO ALL AND SINGULAR to whom these presents shall come, we, Twyster Stronngust and Lepida Nuykani, Heralds of Wessex, send greetings and good tidings!
WHEREAS Raize Sothenic, Baronet and Exchequer of Wessex, known famously as "The Raven", has demonstrated both virtue and diligence indeed and been taken as Councilor to His Majesty, King Manus Dei, he is desirous of having Letters Patent of Armorial Ensigns granted and appointed unto him and duly recorded in His Majesty's College of Arms, and accordingly hath rightly requested the favor of His Majesty’s Warrant for our granting and assigning such Arms.
AND FOREASMUCH as His Majesty the King of Hyperion did by Warrant under his hand and Seal authorize and direct us to grant and assign such Arms and Crest and in the same Patent such Device and Badge accordingly, Know Ye therefore that Twyster Stronngust and I in pursuance of His Majesty's Warrant and by virtue of the Letters Patent granted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty do by these Presents grant and assign unto the said Raize Sothenic the Arms following,

THAT IS TO SAY: A field Azure ermined Sable, bordered Or and charged with a Raven, Argent, closed, in a knowed annulet of the same. Thus, with Helm Argent wreathed Argent and Azure, and crested by an Eagle proper, displayed, elevated and regardant, and armed dexter with a Sword Argent; all subscribed by a motto thus: "Credo et Intelligam" ("Faith and Intelligence") on a banner Or; and supported by a rampant yet recursant Lion Or, langued, and a Unicorn, Argent, maned, tailed, unguled and gorged with a crown Or. The whole of which comprises the Heraldic Achievement, as derived from the ancestral Arms of the House of Sothenic.
THESE MAY BE BORNE and used forever hereafter by the said Raize Sothenic and by his Descendants with their due and proper differences according to the Laws of Arms. In witness whereof I have to these Presents subscribed our names, by the Grace of Our Radiant Heavenly Lord and His Majesty, the King of Hyperion.
