Manus, by the Grace of God, King of Hyperion, Duke of Wessex, Count of Elba, Baron of Yew, to the Holy Church of Auros that is in Long March, greeting.
By this charter we confirm for the Bishop of Wessexshire that in addition to the two dwellings within the town of Long March provided as a matter of course to His Excellency and his reverend vicar, we also dedicate the Cathedral of Saint-Germaine as a spirituality in Long March, and its present cloister which will support 5 clergymen in residence of His Excellency the Bishop's choosing. These 5 may come from priests, deacons, friars or the laity.
