For breaking the royal decree prohibiting random assaults on guild members, Amras Blackwing is to pay a fine of 50 gold.

The payment should be made to any Royal Sheriff, and is due within three days; failure to pay within the time limit will result in a doubling of the fine.

Reminder: the fine is now doubled and totals 100 gold. If the fine is not paid until 9 PM (GMT) tomorrow it shall be doubled once again, totalling 200 gold.
