I finally got the game, did my stating quests and im wondering.

Were is the city located? Who do i contact if i want in?

Well first you have to go through a Trail member period, which usually is around a month, and the members that got through the trail member status will be announced by king Manus at the end of the month, and if you got through you will become a fully fledged member. And can start your career through the ranks of the Duchy.
