Just thought I'd introduce myself as a trial member. As a question, what exactly is considered "active" to become a full member?

And um, how do you see the rest of the forums? This happened when I registered on the DFO Forums too.

Hi Taborri, we consider "active" a good faith effort of getting to know the people in Wessex, contributing on the forums and visiting us in IRC. This also includes sharing new ideas or recruiting and spreading the word about our nation.

As for the forums, you'll be granted access to the guild portion soon once one of our sheriffs grants you permission. :)

What forums appear to have vanished for you? I've just tested it as thoroughly as I could, and can't replicate what you're describing.

I was just assuming that trial members don't instantly have full access. Most of the guilds I've been a part of in other games usually had some sort of "test" you had to complete.

Lord von Fishbarrel more than makes up for whatever His Grace doesn't drink. It's that dwarven constitution, I suppose.

I thought the very same thing, "one of these days". But not a chance. I had plenty of opportunities to get the guy to go so far as taste something, to no avail.
