Hello to everyone. I just found you guys today on the Darkfall Guild Forums and am certain that you are the guild for me. The system of government mirrors this real life thing I used to do called the SCA( www.sca.org (http://www.sca.org)). I was very worried about not being able to find a good guild for a while and would have to roam on my own constantly facing bandits, but would truly welcome a good community of players and a bit of stable ground to call home. Someday I hope I will be welcomed into the elite sect of assassins, but thats a long ways off, or is it :D.

Thanks all! Yeah, I did the SCA for about a year when I was 15 or 16, kind of drifted out of it when I started being more social in High School. Was pretty fun though, I did the fencing, got my ass kicked more often than not. Been meaning to get back into it, almost like half of the movie Role Models is about it, pretty funny.

The Queen of Heralds of Hyperion, Nira, is highly involved in the SCA. I never got fully into it, though I wanted to, but I used to show up at their local swordfighting practices and beat them all with loaner gear! ;-)

Someone recently referred to that movie as having a lot of LARP stuff in it, or something, which is a totally different thing (SCA is much more hardcore and realistic, but then again I'm sure you'd know that already :p).
