Hello there my brother told me about your guild and setup (Mortharr)
And it seems its a place of interest for me to be apart of.

Im 31 years old with a young family, been playing online games since i was 17 and also been an avid roleplayer since i was 10. Still play PnP today with the likes of D&D, Mage, Darksun etc etc


Currently playing D&D online as i hated WOW, AoC and all the other crap out there.
Im an old vet of Ultima Online and played it for 5 years before i decided to quit and run my own server Sapphire Nights. 2 years later and the loss of my fiancee (due to too much game time lol) i decided to call it a day.
Since then ive been involved in many mmo's and fps games.
And have been waiting too long for a sandbox game to come out like the good old days of UO.

In this game im going to try something completely different and go pure crafter. and then maybe one day try out the pvp and other area's of this game.

Well i hope you will have me :)

Welcome to the Duchy of Wessex, veterans are always needed and respected. Pure crafting is probably going to be a necessity in Darkfall since everyone will need to resupply themselves.

Welcome to the forums, Jadearian. Will you and your brother (and perhaps even others) be roleplaying family? If so, what would be your surname?

It also sounds like you might want to consider officially starting up a business with hopes of becoming a burgess. This is surely the best route to eventually establish trade routes all over the world.

As for starting up a bussiness that is something i am defo interested in.
Owning ships to take me from continent to continent, caravans across land.
Also am interested in owning shops throughout the land, employing people to work the shelves and tally the businesses coin.

Am also rethinking the option of what race to play, not really interested in playing a dwarf, but then it makes sense with the bonuses they get fro crafting?
Hmm but then i would rather play a human, or even an elf as i know the grey elven language (maybe a bit rusty)
