I have been following Darkfall for quite some time and I decided that I wanted a guild right off the bat and what better guild then a guild that is in the spirit of the game.
I have applied for the guild, I am active and loyal and I do hope I am received.
I am looking forwards to participating in a guild that is as zealous as I am. Its going to add to the game a huge amount.

I am planning on being a Elf,
As for my position in the guild I will be whatever it needs me to be,
However if the guild should need any more ranger/explorers (perhaps even Assassin if I find myself adequate) I would gladly fulfill that slot.

Once I learn the politics of the guild I would also be interested in Diplomat or Yeoman. I'm a good people person.

My goal is to be a knight or at least a cavalier, but I think I would be better at foot soldiering. I am relatively ambitious but can take orders, I am also a proficient writer and would gladly take the position of a scribe or something.

So I was just wondering, since DF is not coming out for a couple months what is the Duchy doing? Just hanging around?
Also, is there any room left in the clan beta group? If not, are there enough members who did not get a spot to create a second clan to enter?

Right now everybody's playing different games. The official Duchy game at the moment is Age of Conan - if you have it, I'd definitely recommend playing. If you don't, as I said before, hop on IRC, vent, and xfire regularly and you'll find something to play with other Wessexians.

Also, wait for an important announcement this month. I'm coordinating with another member to get a personal Wessex server up for some sort of FPS game :-)
