I've received a report that there have been issues creating new forum accounts, although I have been unable to verify or reproduce any errors myself.

If you are unable to create a forum account, please send me a PM on the Darkfall Forums (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/private.php?do=newpm). My account name there is Celerity (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/member.php?u=25157). Please include as much detail as you can, including any error messages, the time of your registration attempt, your country of origin, your browser and operating system, etc.

The issue mentioned was solved. It had to do with the COPPA (US law requiring protection for children under 13) verification settings. The forum was set to deny registration to people under 13, and if you set a date that young it set a cookie so you couldn't just change the date and try again.

As our site does not cater to under-13s in any way, and we in fact do not accept members under 15, we are not required to comply with COPPA, and I have now disabled all COPPA options.

lol, that has to be the best description of a 14 year-old I have ever heard. Too bad it's not true, we know this because of that brightly colored anime sig he made.
