Well, I can't just consider you a subguild if you have no members. Subguild leaders have very important duties, and although I am sure you are capable, there are other people here that have been here a lot longer who haven't been given those types of positions yet. The special ranking of "thane" is for those who bring members. However, with time, you are just as eligible to earn a knighthood as anyone else, and if you wish to bring in only mirdain under your liegedom, then that is your choice.

Does your statement that you have no members mean that the Cruor members who have remained here are just regular duchy members, and are not your members? This is fine if so, I am just wondering where your members went.

I am sorry, but without enough members, neither Sarvis nor you, Darvis, have any fiefdom. Sarvis had to bring over at least 8 members. Are there still 8 here accounted for? If not, your first order of business is to go and fetch Auza and get him back involved here.

Or the original members of Cruor who have said they'll stay go with Darvis. It seems like Auza got some of the members and others split to here. If this isn't a viable option, and would cause strife there are two major guilds and my subguild willing to absorb members. It doesn't matter as long as you guys try to stay, don't be discouraged.

If nobody wants to go with Darvis, I suggest he recruit on his own until he has eight.

I agree if the split is too great. Cruor may just dissolve and fade into the night after this whole thing, it was pretty shocking. Like I said, we've all got positions open.
