Charges of Heresy have been brought forward against former Archbishop Malachi Drake. The Ecumenical Council has investigated, found him to be unrepentant and decree a ferendae sententiae upon him. His rights to Holy Communion, Receiving the Eucharist, Membership to the Church of Sol Deus and all other rights have been censured.
All doctrines and decree starting from whence he attempted a political takeover of the secular lands of Wessex are to be null and void. Any acts of ecclesiastical governance or ministerial duties he presided since that time are censured.
All faithful of Sol Deus are now under the obligation to prevent Malachi Drake from acting in any ministerial capacity in the liturgy, suspend all liturgical service access to him, to be considered a vitandus to be avoided by all, as well as to now refer to him as "The Usurper".
Furthermore, we separate his Inner Spark eternally from the Light of Sol Deus for his transgression. May his corruption be purged from his lineage forever.
