Manus, by the Grace of God, King of Hyperion, Duke of Wessex, to all before whom these letters shall come, greeting.
Being that the squire Rhodri Taliesin has failed in the eyes of the law and of the state to fulfill duties and reform conduct as required by the role, and on the recommendation of his mentor knight, Sir Otto Osterwind, I have instructed the College of Heralds to strike the Taliesin family arms from the Lists and to render the Taliesin escutcheon attainted.
Congruently, Rhodri Taliesin shall straightway be divested of officer rank in all Hyperion militaries, but may re-enlist at the level of sergeant on the condition that he should again take the villein's oath and that all pending litigation is resolved with a verdict that allows such an outcome.
