BY THE GRACE of Soldeus, Malachi I, King of Wessex, Duke of Winchester, Earl of Long March, to all subjects, greeting.
LET IT BE KNOWN that we, upon recieving an oath of office, appoint Lord Rhygar apGwynn to the position of Justicar of the Royal Court of Wessex. He shall serve as my chief advisor and executor of my commands throughout the realm and he also maintains the royal seal. He may hold court, particularly with regards to magistracy and justice, and will serve as steward in my absence.
IN TESTIMONY of the above we have affixed the seal of our Kingdom.
