But your starting location seems to suck.
Surounded by strong players and tribes. Only Huriden is there but he don't seem very active.
My advice for you is that you make new account until you end up in K37.
Most of us are gathered there. Less distance mean more assistance.

Ah yes, sorry for the mistake, I use the BlackBurn name too much I forget when my name is already occupied so I use Black8urn.
I would first like to try it out alone, I'll probably be terminated by the strong players that are found there, and then I'll try to team up with you.

Sorry to hear as we are all new to this game (WSX started a week ago), but its your choice.
It takes anywhere from a week and up to get killed in this game.
As a new player you got 5 days of imortality and you can not be attacked during this time, but you can attack others. Use it to gain resources and build up your base.
The army can wait a few days.

Good choice. Also the game is constructed in such an ingenious way that you always start around other relatively new players, since it builds outwards from the center for each new village.

For the first few days, concentrate on building up your resources. Then build a small offensive force for raiding abandoned or weak guildless villages. Finally, get up some walls and a decent defense force before the 5 days expires.

When I first received this name by my brother, I had no idea of the connection.
Yes, my brother came up with this name and I've been carrying it for years.

It's funny how TW is so much a part of our current events that we're slapping around new recruits until they join us in it, lol. It's amazing to me because I don't think I saw anything like that in any of the other introduction threads (at least as far back as I've read). I guess we really like the game, what's there to say?

Without all subscribing to something theres not all too much else to play in the world of guilds. And it isnt easy to get say 30 people to commit and subscribe to a game just because DFO isnt out yet.

Absolutely. Another issue is our guild is spread from Europe to US West, and it's hard for us all to play at the same times. With TW, we don't have to. Each of us can just sit down for a few minutes whenever we have time.

BlackBurn woke up at mid-day by the sound of loud knocking on his cabin's door.
"Uh, what is it now, you came back for my blood too?" said BlackBurn after being beaten up last night by the corrupt guards of the town, suspecting BlackBurn of murder.
"A message sir" said the youthful voice behind the door.
BlackBurn opened the door and saw a small child carrying an imprinted scroll.
"You have quite a knock there, some day you'll become a knight" said BlackBurn and took the scroll out and traded it with a single coin.
BlackBurn closed the door and examined the unexpected delivery.
"You have been accepted into The Duchy of Wessex."
