I think it would be good if we can have someone who looks out for opportunities to suggest that people be given a medal. For instance they could make a note of who attended sieges or make a thread asking who attended. It wouldn't be a particularly stressful job so we might be able to find someone more easily then for other leadership/admin tasks. How about making a post asking for a volunteer?
