I've been trying to force myself to get on but I just can't get the energy to do so, even eating chocolate ice cream doesn't do it atm. To get back on form after losing the amount of sleep I have lost in the last week could take a week or more, I can't say for sure as I don't know myself.
It's really frustrating as the timing couldn't have been worse but that's life I guess. As soon as I can come back I will be back.
