Darkfall Rules
Combat Rules:
1: No looting enemies while combat is incurring unless instructed by the commander.(Looting your own grave is fine once combat is over).
2: All loot from combat will be handled by the commander and people will be delegated as looters by the commander only.
3: Commander is to share loot on the same day (or within 24h) after combat to keep the bank clean from clutter.
4: VOIP discipline to be used and respected at all times during PVP against enemy forces.
5: Combat looting without permission will be punishable by a fine of 10000 to 30000 gold.
6: Garrison members have to have a minimum of two battle bags in their bank at all times.
7: Anyone caught combat looting will be killed on the spot after the combat is finished, then also receive a hefty fine. (3 strikes and out).
8: Name all your battle bags with your own name and the guilds tag ‘Name WSX’ if there not named at all then returning lost gear is near impossible.
9: Naked members defending the city will not receive any loot as a reward, if you have nothing to lose then you have nothing to gain.
10: Do not look in graves, it causes issues and possible accusations from others, let the commander deal with it and everyone will get a fair share of the spoils.
General Rules:
1: Unpaid fines must be paid within one (1) week, if unpaid then player to be removed from guild.
2: Members to attend one (1) guild event per week, all gold and loot goes to the guild to be sold.
3: Guild loot will be offered to members at a cheaper cost first before being sold to the public.
4: If a member cannot attend a guild event, then they are eligible for weekly taxation
5: No debuffs on guild members in any holdings owned by Wessex, in case of random raids from enemy guilds.
6: Nothing to be taken out of the guild bank unless it’s in the ‘FREE’ bag, anything not in that bag requires permission from an officer.
7: No bad mouthing anyone in public or in PM’s.
8: No trolling, bad mouthing or showing any disrespect on the Darkfall or Wessex forums.
9: No replying to anyone trying to troll us or disrespect us on the forums or in game.
10: With the above rules there is also no replying to anything that needs a diplomatic response.
11: All Wessex members to be online in MUMBLE if active in game.
12: All trial members to complete one (1) months trial before full membership.
13: Wessex thrives on a good name, with this we do not tolerate people who wish to use cheat programs or break the game mechanics (Macroing inside a rock for example) We do however allow afk macroing.
14: No macroing the spell 'Lend Mana' anywhere in a Wessex or allied holding as this causes a memory leak.
Node rules:
1: All “Resources*” from any Node we own to go to guild bank.
2: Farms are an exception, you keep what you farm
3: All reagents from city nodes may be kept
*Resources are Stone, Timber and Ore/Rare Ore
