    I, Rhygar ap Gwynn, hereby pledge my service as Chancellor of Wessex to His Grace, Manus Dei, duke of Wessex.

    I swear to uphold the integrity of this office and wield the power vested in the Ducal Seal responsibly and for the greater glory of our beloved Wessex.

    May Auros bear witness to this oath.
