Creation of Baronetcy – Sir Cykore Millbrook
To all who bear witness to this day’s proceedings. I, Lord Azzerhoden Razeri, Viscount of Wessex, by the Grace of God and in the name of His Majesty, Manus Dei, King of Hyperion, Duke of Wessex, Count of Elba, Grandmaster of the Solar Legion, greeting.
WHEREAS Cykore Millbrook has devoted years of effort and service for the betterment of His Grace’s subjects and to his county of employment, the Duchy of Wessex, with consistent dedication toward progress, of hard earned knowledge willingly shared with his peers, and an unequaled level of charity given to all, Sir Cykore Millbrook is hereby granted the rank of baronet and gentleman. Subsequently, he is desirous of having Letters Patent of Armorial Ensigns granted and appointed unto him and duly recorded in Our College of Arms, and accordingly shall receive the favor of Our Warrant for our granting and assigning such Arms with a design of his choosing.
THESE MAY BE BORNE and used forever hereafter by the said Cykore Millbrook and by his descendants with their due and proper differences according to the Laws of Arms. In witness whereof
